TECHNOELASTMOST
TECHNOELASTMOST is produced by double-sided application of a bitumen-polymer binder onto a polyester base, consisting of bitumen, APO (alpha-polyolefins – in the production of TECHNOELASTMOST S) and SBS (styrene-butadiene-styrene – in the production of TECHNOELASTMOST B) polymer modifier and mineral filler (talc, dolomite and etc.), followed by application of protective layers to both sides of the fabric. Fine-grained powder and (or) polymer coatings are used as protective layers.
TECHNOELASTMOST is a waterproofing bitumen-polymer roll material with high strength, flexibility and reliability characteristics with a service life of at least 60 years. It is produced in two modifications: grades C and B. For fusing rolled materials when installing waterproofing on bridge structures using automated installations, the materials are produced with an increased length – 50 meters each (grades TECHNOELASTMOST S GIANT and TECHNOELASTMOST B GIANT).
Storage
TECHNOELASTMOST rolls must be stored in a dry, closed room in a vertical position in one row in height at a distance of at least 1 m from heating devices.
Transportation
Transportation is carried out by all types of transport in covered vehicles in accordance with the Rules for the carriage of goods in force for this type of transport.
Packaging Details
The packaging of the pallet with rolls is a white shrink bag.
Manufacturing jobs
According to the “Recommendations for waterproofing bridge structures using rolled weld-on materials “TECHNOELASTMOST””, it can be used in all climatic regions according to SNiP 23–01.
