Purpose
To protect surfaces exposed to increased chemical exposure – industrial concrete floors, walls, ceilings, products, structures, etc.
- Finishing coat for epoxy coatings to increase chemical resistance and wear resistance.
- Finishing layer for polyurethane coatings to increase chemical resistance and wear resistance.
For use indoors, under cover, outdoors (limited).
Objects of application. Industrial floors with increased requirements for exposure to chemically active substances:
- Warehouses (including salts, mineral fertilizers and other aggressive substances).
- Production workshops of the chemical industry.
- Reservoirs, technical pools, settling tanks, treatment facilities.
Properties.
Polyurethane varnish for concrete is resistant to constant contact with water; solutions of neutral, acidic and alkaline
electrolytes; mineral, synthetic, organic oils; gasoline, diesel fuel, etc.
- Dust removal and sealing of concrete surface.
- High wear resistance and impact strength.
- The operating temperature of polymer floors is from -60 °C to +120 °C.
- According to the fire certificate: flammability group – G1, flammability group – B1.
- Tensile strength not less than 65 MPa, relative elongation at break not less than 12%.
- Easy to clean.
